2013: The Year in Photos

2013 was a big year for me. 9 countries. 10 U.S. States plus Washington, D.C. 28 flights. 9 train rides. 3 bus rides. And 1 truly miserable ferry ride. I traversed over 83,000 miles in 2013 (over 133,500 km), more than doubling the record that I set last year! I spent so much time on the road this year that I only spent 112 days at home in New York City. I’ve spent the past few days looking back through the photos from the past year and I’ve put together some of my favorites to share with you!

Here’s to 2014!

2013 has been quite a year but I’m excited to find out what 2014 will bring! I’m not sure it will be quite as exciting as this year (what with my spontaneous trip and all), but it will definitely be a year of changes in my life. And I can’t wait to see where things end up a year from now! Happy New Year, and thanks for reading!
