China is certainly not as paranoid as the U.S. is when it comes to lawsuit and, as such, you see very few signs advising you to watch your step. S0 I was a bit surprised when I came across the sign pictured above. The odd choice of words should perhaps not be too surprising, as it was at the very same hotel whose name I featured in the last “Say What??” As you may recall, this was in the remote Chinese town of Xiangcheng located in the Sichuan province.
Now I don’t quite know what the message here is. The land is slippery? I don’t really know how that is possible, though I do remember the floor being tiled. Maybe this was their permanent way of saying “Caution, Wet Floor?”
